Turnbridge clients are encouraged to have fun, stay active, and live life to its fullest.
Fun, friendships, and recreation are more than normal aspects of adolescent life — they are also essential aspects of treatment. At Turnbridge, helping young people learn to have a good time, find new avenues for enjoyment, and forge positive relationships provide essential skills for leading a mentally healthy life free from substances.
Turnbridge Extended Care Program clients participate in a wide range of recreational activities and enriching cultural experiences. Taking part in Recovery In Motion programming and regular exercise encourage overall well-being and improve mental health. Adolescent activities are carefully supervised by trained staff members to ensure safety and comfort.
